Services
Four practice areas, one accountable person — every engagement scoped like an operator would scope it: outcome first, technology second, measured in revenue, cost, and risk.
Software & Web Development
Software is a business asset — it should compound, not decay. I've run the company that had to live with its own code: as a founder I shipped AI tools serving 200K+ users across edtech, retail, and economy with a 16-member cross-country team, so I scope builds the way an owner does — total cost of ownership, not lines of code.
The engineering underneath is certified and disciplined: full-stack development, data structures and algorithms, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt applied to the delivery process itself. Every build ends the same way: clean architecture, tested code, and a handover your team can actually run with — you own everything.
AI & Automation
AI with a payback period. The clearest example: ₹22 lakh of incremental revenue in under six weeks for a D2C client — a retention engine on 120,000 customers that lifted repeat purchase from 17.3% to 28.5%, certified with a controlled holdout, not a dashboard screenshot.
The same standard runs through the rest: a hiring model that cut a Series A client's mis-hire rate 41%, LLM-driven decision tools adopted by 120+ MBA users, and long-form LLM content delivered across 7 client engagements. I built billion-parameter AI systems as a founder and hold the IBM Generative AI Engineering Specialization — but every model is judged on the business metric it moves.
Cybersecurity
A security failure is a business failure — lost revenue, lost trust, lost deals. I review modern systems including the AI agents most audits don't know how to test, and I wrote the open-source framework for it: AASTF, with 130+ attack scenarios mapped to the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications.
AASTF tests whole agent systems — model, tools, memory, and planning — with sandboxed tool backends, 25 MCP security scenarios, SARIF output for CI/CD, and EU AI Act readiness scoring. The same methodology drives my client work: OWASP-mapped reviews of applications and AI deployments, with findings you can act on. I build open-source security tooling for AI systems — AASTF for agentic AI security testing and aiguard for securing CLI coding agents.
Technology & Quant Strategy
Build vs. buy. AI roadmap and ROI. Vendor evaluation. The unit economics of a technology choice. This is strategy from someone who has sat on both sides — founder of a VC-acquired AI company who directed the strategic response to the MeitY AI/ML Empanelment tender with the National e-Governance Division (Digital India), now training the judgment formally with an MBA at IIM Raipur.
On the quantitative side: a NIFTY derivatives stack validated with Brier score and MSE that scaled to ₹440+ crore in total volume, a valuation engine running on ₹90L+ AUM with 2+ years of index outperformance, and qufin, my open-source quantum finance framework — backed by an MSc in Financial Engineering at WorldQuant University.
How We Work Together
Two simple ways to engage — a clearly scoped project or an ongoing retainer. Either way, the first consultation is free.
Project-Based
A fixed scope agreed up front in a written proposal, with weekly demos so you always see working software. You know what you're getting and when — before we start.
Retainer
Ongoing advisory for teams that want a technologist on call — architecture decisions, AI direction, security posture, and quant questions answered as they come up.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the questions most clients ask before we start working together.
How do we start?
With a free consultation. Tell me what you are trying to build, automate, or secure, and I will come back with a written proposal covering scope and deliverables. There is no obligation at any point.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I am based in India and work with clients worldwide, and I reply to every message within 24 hours.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. Everything produced during an engagement — code, models, documentation — belongs to the client, and every project closes with a documented handover.
How do you price?
Project work is quoted as a fixed-scope written proposal, and ongoing advisory runs on a retainer. I do not publish prices because every engagement is scoped individually.
Can you audit an existing system?
Yes. I run security and architecture reviews of existing systems, including AI and agentic AI deployments, and deliver findings you can act on.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. I am happy to sign an NDA before we discuss the details of your project.
